Rossella has been the Director of Production & Creative Hub at Sky Italia since 2017, with responsibility for the studios, post-production, and creative areas.

Previously, she was the Director of Broadcast Operations at Sky Italia, leading various teams in activities across the main phases of the supply chain, including TV content control, broadcasting, and strategic planning of promotional content.

Before joining Sky Italia, Rossella worked at Orbit Communications Company, one of the most important broadcasters in the Middle East and the first television network in the world to broadcast entirely via digital satellite technology.

Rossella also earned an Executive Master in Business Administration from the Politecnico di Milano in 2010.

Throughout her career, entirely dedicated to the Operations of the Media & Entertainment sector, Rossella has gained extensive experience in managing large teams. Her managerial style is recognized for its leadership qualities and is characterized by a strong commitment to promoting an inclusive culture and the role of women in the workplace, contributing to the ongoing reduction of the gender gap in technology areas.
