She has always focused on accelerating digital transformation by creating innovative projects. In her role as CSR Manager, she leads IBM volunteers and implements pro bono projects to address some of the issues affecting our societies. She is the co-creator of the NERD? Project, which she runs together with IBM colleagues. She is an inventor with 20 technology patents. A female role model, she is also the mother of two children. She has been a member of the Digital Transformation Team at the Italian Prime Minister's Office. Additionally, she teaches in several master's programs dedicated to CSR and digital transformation at various Italian universities.
