Maria Teresa Lucibello

Director of Administration, Finance, Procurement & HR at PagoPA S.p.A.

She began her law studies in 2004 and immediately fell in love with the field and its history, becoming passionate about its logic, social implications, and comparisons with other jurisdictions. During this journey, she chose to broaden her horizons and perspectives by studying in France and China.

After graduating, she started working at the law firm Hogan Lovells as a lawyer and legal consultant, specializing in M&A, commercial law, and consumer law alongside leading companies in the Tech and luxury sectors. With the intention of maintaining a broad perspective on the world, in 2015 she began her studies in London to obtain a Graduate Diploma in Law and, subsequently, a Bachelor of Laws.

Nel 2017 lascia l’Italia per seguire il marito in Myanmar, dando inizio a un percorso di esplorazione che apre un nuovo capitolo della sua vita personale e professionale.

Myanmar, during a period of significant democratic transition, became the focus of her studies as a researcher at the Center for Diversity and National Harmony, where she completed a research project centered on the freedom of Burmese (and non-Burmese) people to practice their religion within the country, their freedom of movement, access to services, and how the social fabric behaves based on the religion practiced. Strengthened by this experience, she later resumed her profession as a lawyer and Head of Corporate & M&A at VDB Loi, where she managed transactional operations projects across various sectors (infrastructure, insurance, and banking law).

In July 2019, she returned to Italy to undertake a project with the Prime Minister's Office, which led her to her current position as Director of Administration, Finance, Procurement & HR at PagoPA S.p.A.
