Elena Negro is Digital and Innovation Product Leader in Italdesign.

After earning a master's degree in Mathematical Engineering, she entered the automotive sector taking on the role of Technical Manager of Acoustic Simulations and High-Frequency Laboratory Testing for the FCA group (now Stellantis).

Nel 2013 è poi passata in Italdesign come responsabile tecnica di nuove soluzioni acustiche in ambito automotive. 

Fin dalle prime esperienze professionali, ha sviluppato una passione per la ricerca e sviluppo che l’ha portata, in Italdesign, a guidare progetti di mobilità futuristica.

Since 2019, she has taken on the role of Digital and Innovation Product Leader, playing a key role in the creation of the Innovation Team at Italdesign, in the definition of innovation processes within the company, in the promotion of new ideas, and in the development of new products.
