A degree in humanities and a master's in Human Resources, with twenty years of experience in the HR field, gained in companies and industries that are very different from each other, but always with great passion for people and organizations. 

Always very attentive to inclusion issues and the value that diversity represents for every type of organization.

Since 2018, she has been the Senior HR Manager at Red Hat Italy.
